Friday..final day of school holidays...i have nothing much to say except for the fact that i hate my left knee now..it really sucks..blame it on me who did not nurse the injury properly few years back dues to some accidentally..went to the gym today..could not run for long,cause my knee was seriously hurting my leg..and i was trying to put up with the pain..but oh well..could not bear with it..surrendered!!with painkillers as well..Sunday will be going for the sheare's bridge run..bet i will be crawling..no mood to update..that's all..taek care people..
