Okay. So i almost fainted when we had to do fitness training for basketball today. My calves were aching so bad that when we had to climb the steps up and down, i've got the serious urge to just drop and die.haha.
Anyway, each person is supposed to lead the team for 10 minutes by running around the different parts of the school, but its a must to climb up from the 1st storey to the 4th, then back down. After 10 minutes, we'd have to do sit ups, dips, push ups, aeroplanes and the list just went on and on and the next person would have to lead the next set.
We did for 2 hours okay? My calves are now aching like !@#$%^&(*&^%. Plus playing basketball from 1030am till 1230pm was like super tiring luh. I think i'll have a good night sleep today.
I think i'll hit the pool tomorrow. I need to loosen up the muscles! Im super duper tired now. IM off to bed..WHEEEEEESSSSS!
