7. People favor underdogs, but follow only top dogs. Fight for a few underdogs anyway.

8. What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight. Build anyway.

9. People really need help but may attack you if you do help them. Help people anyway.

I've made a mistake. I shouldn't have done that. I know you're reading this, im sorry.

So, it rained yesterday morning (thursday). But both Deb and I managed to finished our 3km. We bounced in the rain. Yeah. Boeing boeing boeing. I love rainy days. Super cooling. Great for running.=)

Got back promos results too. Don't wanna talk about that.

Im slightly richer today. Hahaha. Just go back pay.hahhaa. Saving up for Creative Zen, if not, something better.=)

I don't know what's happening luh. Im like having severe moodswings. For awhile, i can be smiling,laughing. Then next, i'll go all the way down. I just wanna stay at home this few days. But when im out, i don't wanna return home. Something's seriously wrong with me.

And i think it's time to start training for full marathon. I've not been doing proper runs for months. I bet i'll pant like !@#$%^&*. Last Monday's 2km in 10 mins was enough to kill me.
