Yeah. Too much uncertainty in this world.不知下一分钟会发生什么事。

Swimming was great today. But the more i swim, the more negative i feel. Training tomorrow. I think i'll be totally flat the moment i reached home tomorrow. But well, that'd be great. So i won't have sleepless night.

I was reading some book on psychology that day. So it mentioned that when we hear something negative about someone we've not seen before, we'll tend to develop hostile feelings when we first see them. Only when we have some experience with the person, then we'll get rid of the hostile feelings. Interesting point.=/

Whatever it is, i'll try to get some sleep. Slept at 3 plus in the morning. IM super grouchy now.
