My body's aching ah..
Today's training is not too bad. Just that the run was mentally challenging. 5km(3km will run route plus 5 rds on track)By the 3rd round on track, i almost gave up. Try running when you're having a gastrit.
5-5 was pretty cool, just a little tiring.
Im kinda motivated and inspired by Ms R's statement again.
"When you're inside the rectangle, be serious."
"If you wants something badly, you'll do it."
I just realised that i've neglected alot of things. From studies, to family. But all's not too late.
Daddy might come back soon. Im so excited! I want to go to the airport!HEH=)
